She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Wolfinbarger and Susie Wolfinbarger (Jackson); her husband Alfred August "Tuffy" Carl; her daughter Sally Anise Carl; her great grandchild Jacob Ryan Essary; and her siblings, Mary Forrester, Grace Langwell, Walter, LeeRoy and Bob Wolfinbarger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vivian Bruner (Lee) of Springfield, Nancy Essary of Aurora, Darlene of Aurora and Litchfield of Aurora; her grandchildren, Dr. Michael Bruner (Meryl) of Las Vegas, Lori Ferguson (Rob) of Springfield, Marci Noll (Joe) of Aurora, Penny Scroggs (Brian) of Springfield, Ryan Essary (Marcy) of Marionville, Amie McWilliams of Aurora, Randi Hall of Aurora and Megan McWilliams of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; and her sister Sue McWhirter of Aurora. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
