With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephus Madewell of Aurora, Missouri, who passed away on May 14, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Madewell and Georgia Madewell (Medlin); and his siblings, Roy, Washie, John Henry, Bobby, Vesta Chambers and Juanita Earhart.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kristy of Forsyth and Michael of Verona; his grandchildren, James Michael Von Hauenstein of Phenix City, AL. and Jackie Barnhart of Forsyth; his great grandchild Bryson Von Hauenstein of Phenix City, AL.; and his granddaughter Aurora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fellowship Baptist Church in Aurora.
