He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin "Joker" and Pauline Erickson (Smith); and his sons, Louis Atwell, Jr. and Dale Allen Erickson. He is survived by: his wife Billie; his children, Troy Erickson of Aurora, Billie Rock (Robert) of Aurora and LaVonda Kramer of California; his siblings, Charlie Erickson (Barbara) of Anderson and Lorraine Clegg (David) of Redding, California; and his grandson Adrien Faddis (Tiffany) of Aurora. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
