He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Joe Johnson of Purdy, Missouri, Jeanie Burk (Don) of Crane and Amy Sheridan of Branson, Missouri; and his sister Penny Brown of Exeter, Missouri. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren other relatives and friends.
