He is survived by: his wife Naomi Cooney; his children, Tom Cooney of Aurora and Denise Crane of Monett; and his brothers, Leon Cooney of Aurora and Stanley Cooney of Jerusalem, AR.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
