Michael Polansky; her sister Janet Graves; her children, Roger Blum, Jr. of Farmington, Monty Blum (Remie) of Farmington, Douglas Blum of Bonne Terre and Shannon Cary of Herculaneum; her grandchildren, Wayne Blum, Lindsay Kuehne, Brandon Bates, Adam Blum, Bailey Meczkowski, Sarah Blum, Hunter Cary and Mackenzie Miner; and her great grandchildren, Ryder Cary, Jace Blum, Baylor Blum, Oliver Stricklin and Nayvie Meczkowski.
