She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Stivers, Jr.; her parents, Amy Johnson Rice and Lawrence Thomas Rice, Sr.; and her siblings, Geneva, Esther, Marie, Rebecca, Otis, Pete, Billy, Bobby, Tommy and Johnny.
She is survived by: her children, Ann S. Workman of Frankfort, Judy C. Smith of Portland, Oregon, John L. Stivers of Frankfort, Willie Stivers of Frankfort and Randy Stivers of Frankfort; and her grandchildren, Desiree Stivers Wood, Elizabeth "Beth" Stivers of Arnold, Missouri, Jason Stivers (Nia) of Stevenson, Heather Schumacher (Jer) of Gladstone, Amy Cary (Chris), Natalie Swanson (Dan) of Portland, Mark Smith (Kirsten) of Milwaukie, Eric, Brian Workman of Lexington, Justin O'Malley of Frankfort and Brandon O'Malley of Fayetteville. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
