He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lillard; his son Carter Lillard; his siblings, Paula Smith of Jefferson City, MO and Richard Lillard (Jill) of Jefferson City, MO; his mother-in-law Cheryl Walker; and his pet Chinese Buffet.
