He is survived by: his wife Sheila Foreman; his children, Mallory Hill (Khyle) of Webb City and Jared Fuller of Joplin; his stepdaughter Emilee Foreman of Anderson; and his siblings, Cathy Farris (Ralph) of Peoria, Jenny Swanson (Dick) of Peoria, Susan Fuller (Sheldon Parker) of Peoria, Tracy McDade (James) of Winchester, Illinois, Ted Fuller of Peoria and Tom Fuller of Bartonville, Illinois.
