She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Estes and Mildred Lee Estes (Greer); her granddaughter Emily Ann Wald; and her siblings, Joyce Malinowsky, Neil Estes and David Estes.
She is survived by: her son Peter Stuart Wald (Andrea) of Anderson; and her grandchildren, Anna Wald, Timothy Wald and Matthew Wald.
