He is survived by: his wife Liz Orr (Collins); his children, Darrell Orr, Derek Orr, Mykah Orr and Ben Luker; his parents, Vernon Orr and Linda Orr (Nielson); and his sisters, Sue Hudson (Jeremy) and Sherri Davis (Shaun). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund to benefit Niel's children has been set up at the Alton Bank.
