She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dale and Lessie Dale; her stepmother Eva; her sister Mary (Thaine); and her sister-in-law Ruth.
She is survived by: her spouse Thaine Johnson; her sons, Kirby Lynn Johnson (Penny) and Kevin Lee Johnson (Wendy); her grandchildren, Carrie Wolfe, Carolyn Allen, Katlyn Wachter, Ryan Johnson and Megan Johnson; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Ephraim, Ruthie, Gracie, Jayleigh, Mackenna and Addilyn; her siblings, Jean Lance and Bill Dale; and her sister-in-law Ann Dale. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
