She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Leslie and Oral Leslie (Ness); her siblings, Sharon and Vernon; her siblings-in-law, Darwin Luhman, Dennis Cox and Cindy Furlong; and her parents-in-law, Melvin and Edith Eickhoff.
She is survived by: her husband David Eickhoff; her sons, Chad Eickhoff (Mindy) and Tim Eickhoff (Rachel); her grandchildren, Parker, James, Ethan, Ellesandra, Clara and Declan; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Ramaker (Dean) and Betty Niemeyer (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sandy's name to the Mayo Clinic Rheumatoid Arthritis (Orthopedic Research) Foundation or United Redeemer Lutheran Church are appreciated.
