He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Zupfer and Julia Zupfer (Bolger); his wife Ellen N. Peeler; and his siblings, Francis, Clarence, James, Thomas Zupfer, Agnes Schildknecht and Florence Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Zupfer of Alexandria, Nancy Zupfer of St. Paul, Karyn Lindquist (Mark) of Maple Grove and Andy Zupfer of Maple Grove; and his grandchildren, Adam, Eric, Kevin Lindquist, Zachary and Alexa Zupfer.
