It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan E. Nilson (Zumbrota, Minnesota), born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Agda Nilson and George Nilson; his wife Jacqueline (Jaycee); his daughters, Jennifer Nilson (Jon Erb) of Arlington, VA and Teresa Connolly (Sean) of Broomfield, CO; his grandchildren, Weston and Anara Connolly; his brother Roy Nilson (Donna Levy) of Rockport, TX; his niece Diane Truxillo; his nephew David Nilson; and his sister-in-law Katherine Smithyman (Mike) of Woodstock.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Zumbrota Public Library, the Zumbrota Area Arts Council, or the United Redeemer Lutheran Church playground fund.
