It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle R. Severson of Winsted, Minnesota, who passed away on June 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Severson and Regina Severson (Rehmann); his parents-in-law, Eldon Wessman and Pearl Wessman; and his siblings, Marjorie Kraft, Suzanne Severson, Leland Severson (Billie), Orville Severson (Hannah) and Merland Severson.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Wessman; his children, Nanette Stelten (Jim) and Kersten Elverum (Scott); his grandchildren, Lauren Svoboda (Kyle), Logan Stelten, London DeBenedetto (Luke), Lee Stelten (Thomas Gee-Hoover) and Marit Elverum; his great grandchildren, William and Henry Svoboda; his siblings, Arden Severson (Betty), Rollie Severson (Nancy) and Mavis Olson; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Severson, Robert Wessman and Troy Wessman (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
