She is survived by: her adoptive children, Parnell and Gladys Stevens; her former husband Gary Garlinghouse; her significant other Larry Carlson; her son Keith Garlinghouse (Ann); her granddaughter Autumn; and her children, Justin Fletcher (Brandie), Jason Anderson (Heidi) and Holly Urban. She is also survived by her children; as well as many other extended family and friends.
