He was predeceased by: his daughter Debbie; his parents, Fred and Lydia; and his siblings, Chester, Marvin, Fritz, Alloyd, Floyd, Violet, Valeria, Myra and Marion.
He is survived by: his wife Clara; his sons, David (Pat), Mark (Diane), Dan (Tammy) and Jim (Sue); his grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Eric (Karla), Jennifer, Adam, Joe, Ian and Alex; his great grandchildren, Katya and Pearl Ann; and his siblings, Dorothy and Dick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred to Hopkins Educational Foundation, Wayzata Education Fund, and Interfaith Outreach.
