He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Gustner and Shirley Gustner; his brother Jon Gustner; and his brother-in-law Todd Lewison. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dittmer; his children, Madeleine Dittmer (Matt Truex), Judd Gustner, Lee Gustner, Erin Newton (Adam), Paige Shoss (Greg) and Audra Schnider (Eric); his siblings, Susan Lewison, Jim Gustner (Sue) and Scott Gustner; and his sister-in-law Patty Gustner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
