It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Windsor of Wayzata, Minnesota, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, P. Donald Carson and Nella Carson; her husband Arno; her brother P. Donald Carson; her sister-in-law Jeanne Carson; her brother Craig; and her niece Caryl Carson.
She is survived by: her nephew Mark Carson (Becky).
