He is survived by: his parents, Duane Hendrickson and Jan Hendrickson; his siblings, Kathleen Nicole Hendrickson, Brandt Aaron Slivken (Michele) and Leah Slivken Novak (Aaron); his nieces and nephews, Eliza Frances, Charlie Brandt Novak, Erik Dustin Slivken (Sarah Stepanski) and Étienne; his grandmother Phyllis Dickinson; his aunt Vicki Hendricks; his nieces, Samantha and Julia Hendricks; his aunt Lynn Kloberdanz (Gary Kloberdanz); his cousins, Angela Feddersen, Tara Gallardo, Brett, Jason Kloberdanz, Philip, Peter, Stephen West, Michael, Jason Pegis, Nancy Lass Benjamin (John) and Jordan Lass (Lindsey); his grandparents, Merle Dickinson and Kathleen Corson; his uncle Arthur Hendrickson; and also Dawn Pegis (Jon Pegis). He is also survived by his extended family along with friends and co-workers.
