It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Proctor of Wayzata, Minnesota, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Doug Proctor (Janice), Debbie Mikkola and Beth Elias (Les); her grandchildren, Cory and Jenna; her great grandchildren, Izzy, Cole and Parker; and also, Kelly and Gabby. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
