She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Zutz and Amelia Zutz (Hilse); her son Randall; her siblings, Raymond Zutz (Margaret), Myrtle Nelson (Albert) and Lucille Rock (Elmer); and her brothers-in-law, Donald Duckworth (Jeanne) and Robert Duckworth.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard D. Duckworth; her children, Barbara Smith (Eugene) of Prior Lake, MN, Gary, Alan (Joyce) of Dexter, OR and Dwayne of Warroad, MN; and her sister-in-law Doreen Duckworth of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
