She is survived by: her parents, Suzanne Sorenson and Derek Cook; her siblings, Liberty Johnson and Bryce Cook; her great-grandparent Gwen Sorenson; her grandparents, Sheila Kuegler (Ricky) and Larry Sorenson; her aunts and uncles, Ashleigh Walz (Justin), John Sorenson (Dani), Zach Johnson (Autumn) and Savanah Smith; her godmother Jennifer Knoll (Mason); her grandparents, Bryce Cook (Becky) and Patty Kenow (Curt); her aunts and uncles, Jennifer Anderson (Nathan), Dustin Richter (Heather), Ethan Cook, Aaron Cook and Nicki Hagen (Luke); and her cousin Kuegler.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to a mental health organization of your choosing in her memory, preferably one that focuses on suicide prevention in adolescent children.
