Timothy Schmitt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy Schmitt of Wadena, Minnesota, who passed away on August 13, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Schmitt and Luella Schmitt (Beach). He is survived by: his wife Gingie; his daughters, Erika Schmitt (Todd Wartchow) of Mendham, NJ, Maja Paape (Ryan) of Neenah, WI, Leah Taylor (Kevin) of Clive, IA, Elsa Schmitt-Attridge (Steve) of Evanston, IL and Mikaela Schmitt-Harsh (Joe) of Rockingham, VA; and his brothers, Dr. Norbert Schmitt (Phyl) and Steve Schmitt (Betty Jo). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous extended family members, friends.

Memorials may be directed to Knute Nelson Hospice or the Wadena Food Shelf.
