He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clark and Jo Ray Clark (Kistler); and his stepson Gary Meyer (Myra). He is survived by: his children, Michael Clark (Donna), Mary Koepke (Keith), Kevin Clark (Heidi), Paul Clark (Lisa) and Dinah Clark; and his stepchildren, Greg Meyer (Colleen), Debbie Holm (Don) and Madonna Reichert.
