We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2023, at the age of 95, Michael R. Safratowich (Wadena, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Safratowich (Zlebita) and Michael J. Safratowich; his wife Mary Hopfauf of Dickinson; and his siblings, Laudie and Josephine Hopfauf.
He is survived by: his children, Michael D. Safratowich of Fargo, ND and Deborah Campbell (Larry) of St. Cloud, MN; his grandchildren, Benjamin Campbell (Sue) of Portland and Elizabeth Campbell (Erik Hilstrom) of Minneapolis; and his great grandchildren, Nora and Alma Campbell of Portland.
