He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his brother Robert (Sylvia); his sons, Tom (Bibsy), Brian (Lisa) and Dale (Sherri); and his grandchildren, Kristopher, Michael, Brittani, Jeremi, Blake (Kelley), Grant and Madison. He is also survived by extended family and many nieces & nephews.
