He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Tisue and Susan Tisue (Downing). He is survived by: his siblings, Alvin Tisue of Tracy, Mae Quigley (Jim) of Tracy, Ina Rykhus (Harvey) of Tracy and Mary Grunden (Alan) of Tracy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and great nieces.
