He is survived by: his mother Sandy Nolte (LeClaire); his wife Crystal; his children, Paxton Richter, Payton Richter, Victoria Nolte, Leighton Richter and Jude Nolte; his sister Sarah Krantz (Jason); his parents-in-law, Dr. David DeGear and Wendy DeGear; and his sister-in-law Jessica Keopple (Roger). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
