He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mudzinski and Harriet Mudzinski (Jarosiewicz); and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his close friend Colleen Humphreys (Reddy); his stepdaughters, Nicole Cherry and Allison Bahr; and his sisters, Cheryl Burris and Cynthia O'Malley. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
