It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Louise Thomsen of Stillwater, Minnesota, born in Ramona, South Dakota, who passed away on March 5, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Schnell and Louise Schnell (Fazendin); her husband Ejgil "Snowball" Thomsen; her children, Dan Thomsen, Nancy Orr and Janis Chapman; and her brothers, James, George and Richard Schnell.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Joiner (Jim), Gary Thomsen (Barb) and Ken Thomsen (Mel); and her children-in-law, Deb Thomsen, Bob Orr and Mike Chapman. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
