He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; and his stepdaughter Dawn. He is survived by: his children, Greg Oltmanns (Vicki), Terry Oltmanns, David Oltmanns (Meg), Pamela Shaw, Ruth Garrett and Suzette Oltmanns (Kyle Cooke); and his stepdaughters, Debbie Brawn (Michael), Donna Dominik and Diane LaBarre. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and other family and friends.
