He is survived by: his children, Scott Polzin, Susan Arthaud, Cindy Denucci and Nancy Polzin; his grandchildren, Cheri Brenna (Ryan), Jennifer Mancl, Brian Polzin, Anthont Arthaud and Angela Arthaud Cesar (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Cayden Mueller, Matthew Mancl and Briahna Polzin.
