We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2020, at the age of 87, Florence Roos of Starbuck, Minnesota, born in Atwater, Minnesota passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Herr and Viola Herr (Behm); her husbands, Russell Tangen and Henry Roos; her son Dean Tangen; her son-in-law Brian Manthei; and her grandsons, Tony Schoen and Casey Tangen.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Meulebroeck (Jerry) of Glenwood, Shirley Tangen (Joe Gleason) of Waseca, Phyllis Manthei (Clayton) of Starbuck, Don Tangen of Starbuck, Lee Tangen (Pam) of Starbuck, Cheryl Herbst (John) of New Richland, Charlene Van Luik (Kurt) of Starbuck, Paul Tangen of Owatonna, Bill Tangen (Andrea) of Waseca, Joe Tangen of Starbuck and Peter Tangen of Elbow Lake; her siblings, Calvin Herr (Vonnie) of Kentucky and Judi Hedkte (Ron) of Atwater; and her stepdaughters, Cindy Christians and Connie Johnson (Chris) of New Brighton. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings of up to 250 people.
