It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darlene Hagestuen of Starbuck, Minnesota, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Pochardt and Louise Pochardt (Riemann); her husband Allan Hagestuen; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Alida Hagestuen; her granddaughter Mindy Darlene; her siblings, Johanna, Emily, Amanda, Marlys, Ludwig, Harold, Eldon, Raymond, Vernon, Emil and Marvin; and her siblings-in-law, Gordon Hagestuen, Chester Leo, John Olhoft, Helmer Schmidt, Harold Dalager, Lois Hagestuen, Marion Pochardt, Delores Pochardt (Sutliffe) of Mesa, AZ., Mae Pochardt and Beverly Pochardt.
She is survived by: her children, Karen, Elaine, Donna, Sandra Justus (Joseph) of Sioux Falls, SD, Gloria Henck (Joseph) of Hudson, WI, Dale Hagestuen (Janet) of Clontarf and Janet Bolander (Michael) of Andover; her sister Myrtle Anderson (Clarence) of East Bethel; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Pochardt of Morris. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings of up to 250 people.
