He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth. He is survived by: his daughter Liz; his friends, Sandy, Ruth Hinrichs-Clark (Jeff) and Joe (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kelly (Scott), Jim, Nicole (Adam), Amber, Ashley, Katie and Lauren; and his great grandchild Jack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
