He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Carlson; and his sister Gini Steinkamp. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Gaye), Diana and Peter (Gloria); his sister Shari Jensen (Dave); and his aunt Bette Carlson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
