She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carrie Ethylene Swafford and Fred Murray; her siblings, Walter Leroy Swafford Senior and Elnora Jackson; her nephew Walter Leroy Swafford Junior; her significant other John Wesley Bennett; and her sister Martha Rhea Ensley. She was also cherished by in-laws, three Godchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Always looking for the chance to serve God in a greater way, she assumed the position of Outreach worker for the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation.
