She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her daughter Dorothy; her grandchildren, Kane, Crystal and Jay; her great grandchild Emma; her parents, George Kostohryz and Ruth Kostohryz; and her siblings, Vernon, Kenneth, George, Bob, Phyllis, Dorothy and Delores.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Kathie), Patty Johnston Chuck (Mike), Bill and Joe (Misty); her grandchildren, Colby, Luke, Matt, Travis, Shane, Breanna, Shannon and Julie; her great grandchildren, Mike, Aaron, Kirsten, Elijah, Maliea, Kailee, Kaden, Aubrey, Isaiah, Carson, Adaline and Layla; and her brothers, Buzz (Pat) and Jack (Linda). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
