With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Sue Rabine of Rochester, Minnesota, born in Austin, Minnesota, who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vogelsang and Kathryn "Katy" Vogelsang (Cardinal); her sisters, Jody Mieska and Peggy Ottman; and her brother-in-law Lee Ottman.
She is survived by: her children, Rochelle Steiger (Josh) of Stewartville, MN and Kyle Rabine (Erika) of Hugo, MN; and her grandchildren, Ashlyn Morales (Gerardo), Andrew Steiger, Jack Steiger, Sydney Rabine, Marshall Rabine and Emma Rabine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
