He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnard Conley and Nellie Conley; his former wife Marjorie Shelmerdine; his wife Dee; and his siblings, Catherine, Francis, Burnard Jr. and Eugene.

He is survived by: his children, Vincent (Sheryl), Michael (Geri), Carol (Ken), Shirley (Jim), Steven (Debbie) and Maria. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
