It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen Evon Royer (Richfield, Minnesota), born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Robert Lietz and Myrtle Creola Norman (Jacobson); her son David; and her siblings, Ron and Shirley.

She is survived by: her children, Paul Royer (Dawn) and Janell Royer-Stoll (Sarah); and her grandsons, Philip and Nathan. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
