We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023, at the age of 89, Gary Dahlin Hoover of Richfield, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sylvan and Ardis Florence Hoover (Dahlin); his former wives, Mary Ellyn and Janice; his sister Leatrice Nielsen; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Olson (McGowan) and Pat McGowan; and his son-in-law Mark Garrigan.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Peggy Murphy McGrath; his close friend Peggy; his children, MaryBeth Garrigan, Michael Hoover (Millie) and Joe Hoover (Ghislaine); his grandchildren, Natalie, Rebecca, Michele, Jenna, Rowan and Briana; and his great grandchildren, Henry, William, Vivian and Mason.
