She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred and Emma; her husband Robert William Wheeler of Mary's Catholic Church; her sister Rosemary; her brothers-in-law, John Britton and Gerald Donelan; and her grandsons, Michael Gerszewski and Scott Gerszewski.

She is survived by: her children, Margaret Gerszewski (Edward), Jean Wheeler, Kathleen Lokken (Brian) and William Wheeler; her grandchildren, Sara Gerszewski, Joshua Lokken and Emily Lokken; and her sister Gertrude Donelan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorials preferred to St. Peter's Catholic Church, Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association or Boys Town.
