She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Elms and Helen Elms; and her sister Kathleen Elms. She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Heineman (Sheena); her granddaughter Tesia Heineman of Red Wing; and her siblings, Judy Hielscher and Thomas Elms of Lake City. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
