He is survived by: his wife Polly Ann McKenna; his son Ryan (Angie); his stepchildren, Holly, Joy (Clint) and Jack; his former spouse Brett; and his siblings, Dale (Darlene) and Jolene (George). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
