It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Gorsy Nelson (Red Wing, Minnesota), who passed away on May 29, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Lawrence Van Deusen (Vernetta) and Fred Van Deusen (Edna); her son-in-law Laurie Thomas of Resurrection; her father Thomas Kommers; and also, Chuck Thomas of Resurrection and Mass of Resurrection.
She is survived by: her daughter Laurie; her husband John; her daughters, Linda Wiebusch of Red Wing and Brenda Duncan (Robert) of Tyrone, GA; and her grandchildren, David Pichetti (Deidre), Jenn Swanson (Charley), Melissa Binner (Neal), Nicole Scully (Justin), Kristina Thulson (Matt) and Jaime Waller (Luke). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
