He was predeceased by: his sister Margret Jane Grubisch. He is survived by: his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Jessica Ottem of Zumbrota; his grandsons, William and Joseph; his brother Richard of Red Wing; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Grubisch (Kari), Mary Sue Grubisch (Mark), Kathy Theis (Glen), Jean Minnerath (Allen) and Joe Grubisch (Beth).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Red Wing Amateur Baseball Association.
