He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Brad Hesslund. He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Hesslund of Jordan, Bob Eppen (Cindy) of Goodhue, Wayne "Pete" Eppen (Deb) of Red Wing and Jim Eppen (Lori) of Red Wing. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews along with several great nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association or donor's choice.
